Investgradnja d.o.o. (Ada Cars) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the BiH Personal Data Protection Law and GDPR regulations.

We are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers/users required to fulfill our obligations; informing customers about how the collected data is used; regularly providing customers with choices regarding the use of their data, including the option to decide whether or not they wish to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require this data to perform their duties. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.

What data do we collect?
We collect only the data necessary for the vehicle reservation process: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and driver’s license information upon pickup.

Purpose of data collection
The data is used exclusively for:

  • Fulfilling your reservation and rental agreement.
  • Communication regarding pickup and return schedules.
  • Security checks in accordance with legal obligations.

Payment security (Monri WebPay)
The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured using the latest version of TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data encryption process designed to prevent unauthorized access during data transmission.
This enables secure information transfer and prevents unauthorized access to data during communication between the user’s computer and the WebPay service, and vice versa.
The WebPay service and financial institutions exchange data using a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.

Data sharing
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except in legally prescribed cases (e.g., police requests related to traffic violations).
