GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND PURCHASE

Welcome to the adacars.ba website.
These terms define the rules for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints for vehicle rental services through our platform.

ORDERING (RESERVATION)
The vehicle ordering (reservation) process is carried out electronically through our website. The user selects the desired vehicle, enters the pickup and return date and time, and chooses additional options (e.g., child seat, insurance). After entering personal information and confirming the order, the user receives a confirmation email with all details.
The driver must be at least 21 years old.

PAYMENT
Payment for vehicle rental services is made at the customer’s choice:

Online payment by debit or credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa) through the secure Monri system during reservation on the website.
Payment on-site (cash or card) when picking up the vehicle.
A deposit is required when picking up the vehicle in case of damage or violations. The deposit ranges from 400 to 800 BAM, depending on the vehicle, and is refunded to the customer immediately upon return of the vehicle in proper condition.

DELIVERY (VEHICLE PICKUP AND RETURN)
Vehicles are delivered (picked up) at the agreed location and at the agreed time from the reservation.
Free vehicle delivery is available at Sarajevo Airport (SJJ) or at any location within Sarajevo Canton.
When making an online reservation, the user must specify the flight number in the notes (if picking up the vehicle at the airport) or the exact address (for delivery within Sarajevo Canton).
Delivery to other cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina or abroad is possible with prior notice and an additional fee.
The tolerance for late vehicle return is 2 hours (online orders). Beyond that, a new rental day is charged and the user must immediately notify the agency.

COMPLAINTS
If the user notices technical deficiencies, damage that has not been previously recorded when picking up the vehicle, or if a breakdown occurs during the rental, the user must immediately notify the agency.
The agency will, as soon as possible, depending on the situation and location, provide vehicle repair or a replacement vehicle of the same or similar class.

If the customer cancels the reservation 2 days before pickup, a full refund is provided.
To change a reservation, please contact us at the number. phone +387 61 243 969. There is a possibility that the price will be increased, depending on which day you change the reservation.

OBJECTIONS
In accordance with legal regulations, dissatisfied users may submit their written objection regarding service quality. Objections can be sent to the email address: info@adacars.ba.
Our agency will confirm receipt of the objection and respond to it within the legal deadline of no later than 7 days from the date of receipt, and propose a solution to the situation.
