Refunds and Complaints
Investgradnja d.o.o. (Ada Cars) is committed to respecting consumer rights in accordance with the applicable laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
1. Reservation Cancellation:
The customer has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up time.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours, an amount equivalent to one day’s rental will be retained.
2. Security Deposit Refund:
The security deposit is fully refunded to the customer after the vehicle is returned, provided that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was received, with a full tank (or as agreed) and without new damage.
The refund to the customer’s card is processed through the Monri WebPay system. Depending on the customer’s bank, the funds may be visible in the account within 3-7 business days.
3. Complaints:
The customer is required to report any complaints immediately upon vehicle pick-up or return. Complaints may also be submitted in writing via email to: info@adacars.ba.
All payments will be made in the currency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BAM). The amount charged to your card is obtained through the conversion of the price from EUR to BAM according to the official exchange rate of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina. When your card is charged, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the card association exchange rate (Visa/Mastercard).
