Bosna seyahatimizde araç kiralama sürecinden çok memnun kaldık. İletişimde olduğumuz Asaf Bey son derece ilgili, kibar ve yardımcıydı. Tüm süreci bize detaylı ve anlaşılır şekilde anlattı, bu da içimizi çok rahatlattı. Kiraladığımız araç VW Touran’dı ve hem konfor hem performans açısından oldukça iyiydi. Saraybosna ve Mostar’da sorunsuz bir şekilde kullandık. Araç teslim alırken de bırakırken de hiç beklemedik, zamanında gelip bizi hemen karşıladılar. Ayrıca depozitomuz da herhangi bir sorun yaşanmadan hızlıca iade edildi. Genel olarak güvenilir, profesyonel ve müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren bir hizmet aldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Je recommande vivement cette agence de location de voiture ! Les prix sont très compétitifs et le service est vraiment de qualité. Nous avons loué une voiture pour un week-end en Hongrie et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé, du début à la fin. Le véhicule était propre, en excellent état et conforme à nos attentes. De plus, le loueur est très sympathique, professionnel et à l’écoute, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Une très bonne adresse que je n’hésiterai pas à recommander et à réutiliser pour de futurs voyages !

Sve preporuke za saradnju. Jako profesionalni i jednostavni za dogovor. Vozilo koje sam rentao takođe je bilo u dobrom stanju. Na kraju dana sam izgubio novčanik a momci su javili da su ga pronašli i samoinicijativno ga vratili poštom na čemu im još jednom zahvaljujem.

4 günlüğüne otomatik vites bir polo kiraladım. İletişimi whatsapp üzerinden sağladık. Araç biraz eski olmasına rağmen araçta ve süreçle ilgili hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Yakıtı full aldım full teslim ettim. Bosna içinde seyahat ederseniz km sınırı da yok. Sadece diğer yorumlarda; imzaladığımız evrakta 14:00 teslim saati yazmasına rağmen 14:00 te teslim ettik ve depozitoda kesinti yaptılar denmiş. Benim imzaladığım kağıtta da benle ilgilenen beyefendi 12:00 de aldığım arabaya kendi 14:00 yazdı. Ben kendi inisiyatifimle 12:00 yani aldığım saatte bıraktım ve hiç bir kesinti olmadan depozitomu geri aldım. Sonuç olarak rahatlıkla kiralama yapabilirsiniz sadece aldığınız saatte teslim etmeye dikkat edin

Imao sam odlicno iskustvo,auto je bilo u odlicnom stanju,usluga jako profesionalna,vratili su mi deposit na kraju, nije bilo nikakakvih problema.

El servicio fue excelente. Desde el primer momento fueron súper atentos, tiempos de respuesta muy rápidos, mucha educación y amabilidad. Nos vinieron a recoger al aeropuerto. Contratamos un servicio a todo riesgo a muy bien precio. Tuvimos que entregar un depósito en efectivo que nos fue devuelto cuando entregamos el coche. El coche disponía de toda la documentación, así como elementos obligatorios por ley. Nos incluía cadenas y neumáticos de nieve. El coche tiene un GPS, por lo que si tienes algún problema o vas a circular por una carretera en mal estado (nosotros fuimos en invierno) te llaman al momento para avisarte y no ocasionar ningún daño; lo cual agradecimos y nos hizo sentir más seguros. El general, fue un servicio muy profesional y honesto. Si vuelvo a Sarajevo repetiré con esta agencia.

Recently I had a need for a rent-a-car and I came across Ada agency. Communication and process was clear and effective - there were no hidden fees or weird policies. Everything is arranged ahead so that pick-up and drop off is smooth and straightforward. You get written contract as well that is stamped and singed by the agency. At the end of my rental period vehicle was checked out and as everything was in order I got my deposit back in full. The vehicle I rented was in good condition and I had no troubles even though I had a larger trip with it. It was a pleasure working with them 🙂

The best combination of price x customer service x hospitality x support on any tourist’s questions. The best price which I found on olx.ba. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Although we booked a car in a “last minute” just prior two days of arrival to Sarajevo Asaf (host) found us car on our request. Even when car was not free host found a solution: they met us at the airport (with plate with my name), then delivered to hotel and in the evening they driven car ( which became vacant on that moment) at the hotel. so we had a time for city sightseeing. This option was very convenient and get us car on automatic transmission. I would like to express my gratitude to the company for outstanding work that they do.

We had a really good experience with Ada rent a car. From meeting us at the airport to picking up the car from the location we request everything went well. Ada employees were quick to respond to our messages and were honest and friendly. I would recommend this rental company without hesitation.

We hired a car for our one week trip to Bosnia, and we had a perfect experience! We were greeted by a super friendly rep, and dropped the car off to another super friendly rep. The car drove very well, no issues and we got our deposit back at the end. Everything went smoothly. We’d 100% recommend!

20-30 Ağustos tarihleri arasında 10 günlük bir araç kiralamak istedim ve whatapp üzerinden kendileri ile iletişime geçtim. Asaf bey VW golf dizel otomatik bir araç ile yardımcı oldu. Balkan ülkelerine sorunsuz geçiş yapabileceğimiz tum ayarlamaları yapılmış bir şekilde aracı teslim ettiler. 10 gün için toplamda 450 Euro ödeme yaptık. 200 EURO depozito yu nakit olarak aldılar ve aracı teslim ettiğimizde geri ödediler. Biz gayet memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederim tekrar gerekirse yine kendileri ile çalışırım. "I wanted to rent a car for 10 days between August 20 and 30 and contacted them via WhatsApp. Mr. Asaf assisted us with a VW Golf diesel automatic car. The car was delivered to us with all the necessary arrangements made so that we could travel across the Balkan countries without any issues. We paid a total of 450 Euros for 10 days. They took a 200 Euro deposit in cash and refunded it when we returned the car. We were very satisfied and I would recommend them. If needed, I would definitely work with them again." ✅

We rented a car three months ahead. Everything was agreed upon via email. When we arrived in Sarajevo, everything was as promised. The contact via WhatsApp was quick and correct. The car we got was in great condition and drove us around Bosnia and Montenegro beautifully. When we came back, no problems at all. I would highly recommend renting a car with Ada. Super nice guy and great service!

Bosna-Hersek Havalimanında bulunan firmalardan bence daha anlayışlı ve daha profesyonel bir firma. 30 binde yeniye yakın Aracımızı teslim aldık ve sorunsuz bir şekilde teslim ettik. Depozitoyu ise hiç kesmeden teslim ettiler. Taksiden çok çok ucuza geldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Wonderful experience! The car I rented was in excellent condition. The booking process was quick and easy, and Asaf was incredibly helpful and easygoing. He even delivered the car to my hotel and picked it up when I was done. Highly recommend if you're looking for a car in Sarajevo— I'll definitely rent again the next time I'm back!

Bosna hersek ziyaretimizde buradan araç kiraladık bizimle Asaf kardeşim ilgilendi. Gayet güleryüzlü ve cana yakın davrandı. Wv polo kiraladık 3 ülke gezdik araçla ilgili herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Depozitomuzu sorunsuz şekilde geri aldık. Araç kiralamayı düşünenlere tavsiye ederim.

We rented a VW Touran (7-seater), and the car was excellent—well-maintained and in great condition. The communication was smooth, and at the end of the rental, our deposit was returned as agreed. We had no issues at all. Highly recommend renting a car from these guys!

Très bon service. J'ai réservé la voiture 2 mois à l'avance via internet et, comme convenu, quelqu'un m'attendait à l'aéroport le jour de mon arrivée. La voiture était conforme aux photos (VW passat Break) et propre. La transaction et la communication étaient claires. Le jour de mon départ, remise à l'aéroport, et la personne était ponctuelle et m'a remis ma garantie. Je n'hésiterai pas à louer une voiture chez eux quand je reviendrai à Sarajevo. Je recommande très professionnel.
